Mrs. Loring is bored and wants to play.

I, however, am not.

Webmaster Mike and I are headed to London! We’ll be in the United Kingdom for three weeks.

I was trying desperately to get far enough ahead on The Dreamer that the comic wouldn’t have to stop while I was gone, but it didn’t happen. Oatley Academy Live and planning a major trip overseas and a new, I-can’t-talk-about-it-yet announcement have consumed all of my time.

There is still one more comic update this Friday, as usual!

Regular comic updates will be on hold in September.

But don’t leave— come back every Friday for special guest posts!

In the meantime, if you want more Dreamer, sign up for Patreon!

I’ll be posting photos, sketches and stories from my London trip for all Patrons—no matter the size of your pledge.

Speaking of, we’re only $13 away from our next goal which unlocks The Dreamer short stories contained in Daydreams for all Patreons. If we reach this goal before I leave, you’ll get Dreamer stories on Patreon all month long!

Patrons will even get to vote for which story unlocks first.

I can’t wait to reach this goal because I love The Dreamer short stories. They tell background on all of your favorite characters that just wouldn’t fit in the comic. Who was Nathan Hale’s “one who got away”? How did Bea and Alan meet? Who is Milly Weaver? How did Alan and his family respond to Joseph Warren’s death? And more is all revealed in these stories.

So sign up today! Just $5 unlocks early comic updates, but even $1 will give you access to the short stories once we reach the next goal.

We’re almost there! $13 is so close!
